1. Service Description

Website Advisor ("the Service") is a website intelligence tool operated by Deep Digital Ventures. The Service scans publicly accessible web pages and generates reports on message clarity, user path quality, technical trust, and recommended actions.

2. Account and Access

  • You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Free accounts include 3 scans per calendar month. Pro accounts provide unlimited scans for a monthly subscription fee.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service, including automated bulk scanning or scanning sites you do not own or have permission to analyze.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may scan websites you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to analyze.
  • You may not use the Service to attack, disrupt, or interfere with third-party websites.
  • You may not attempt to circumvent scan quotas, rate limits, or authentication controls.
  • You may not resell scan reports or access to the Service without written permission.

4. Reports and Advice

Scan reports, scores, and AI-generated fix advice are provided as informational guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional web development, security auditing, legal compliance review, or business consulting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any recommendation.

5. Billing and Cancellation

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to both documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Deep Digital Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
